Privacy policy

Hundio is run by Krishiv Technology. This policy explains what we collect when you use Hundio, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

  • Your account: your name and email address, and the devices you sign in from.
  • Your business: business name, address, GSTIN, bank and UPI details you choose to print on documents, and the people you invite.
  • Your records: the invoices, customers, suppliers, products, stock, payments and expenses you enter, including your customers' names and contact details.
  • Payments to us: recharge amounts and references. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
  • Usage: basic logs (time, IP address, errors) to keep the service secure and working.

Why we use it

To run Hundio for you: sign you in, store and show your records, make your PDFs and share links, send codes, alerts and receipts, take daily charges, issue tax invoices for recharges, give support, and protect the service from misuse. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business records for advertising.

Your customers' data

For the details of your customers and suppliers, you decide what is entered and why, and we process it on your behalf to provide Hundio. When you share a document link, anyone with the link can open that document; you can turn a link off at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers that help us run Hundio, under their own confidentiality duties:

  • cloud hosting and backup;
  • email delivery, for sign-in codes and alerts;
  • Razorpay, and Apple or Google for in-app purchases, to process recharges;
  • government systems such as the GST e-invoice portal, only when you ask us to send a document;
  • authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

While your account is open. Business records may need to be kept for the period Indian tax and company law requires, and we may keep them for that period after you close a business. When you delete your account we delete or anonymise the rest.

Your choices

  • See and correct your details in the app, and export your records at any time.
  • Sign out of every device from your account page.
  • Delete your account from the app, or ask us to.
  • Ask us what we hold about you, or complain about how we handle it: support@hundio.in. We reply within 30 days.

Security

Each business's records are kept separate from every other business, connections are encrypted, sign-in uses one-time codes rather than passwords, and access within a business follows the roles its owner sets.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
