Terms of service
Last updated 3 November 2026
1. Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, so keep that mailbox secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account and in the businesses you own, including what the people you invite do with the roles you give them.
2. Your business records
Invoices, customers, products, stock and other records you enter belong to you. You are responsible for their accuracy, and for meeting your own tax and legal obligations, including GST registration, filing and record keeping. Hundio calculates tax from the details you give it; check your documents and returns with your accountant.
You can export your records at any time. We keep them while your account exists and as the law requires; see the privacy policy.
3. Wallet and charges
Hundio is paid for from a prepaid wallet. A charge is taken each calendar day for each active business, at the rate shown in the app, which depends on things such as the number of users and the features switched on. We may change rates with at least 15 days' notice in the app or by email; the new rate applies only from the date shown.
When the wallet runs out, you get 3 days' grace with full access. After that the business becomes read-only until you recharge: viewing, printing, sharing and exporting stay available. Recharges are not refundable except as set out in our refund policy.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Hundio to:
- issue fake or misleading invoices, or evade tax;
- break the law, or anyone else's rights;
- try to reach other businesses' data, probe or overload the service, or resell it.
We may suspend accounts that do, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
5. The service
We work to keep Hundio available and your data safe, with backups and checks, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may add, change or retire features; features marked “coming soon” are plans, not promises.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
6. Ending
You can stop using Hundio, pause or close a business, or delete your account at any time from the app. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Export your data before deleting your account.
7. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat have jurisdiction. Questions: support@hundio.in.
